Shipping:

Items are sent during 2-5 days after payment receipt. The processing fee is € 0.99.

EU COUNTRIES: the usual shipping is carried out by registered mail and the delivery lasts 6-14 days. Or when you choose EMS (Express Post Service) it lasts 3-6 business days. If there is no your country, please send us an email for a shipping quote. If the package is suddenly lost, please do not worry, we will send you a replacement at our expense and you will remain satisfied. The last thing is very important for us.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, simply send it back for a cash refund or in order to get a replacement product. Guidelines for returns:

  • One can return a product for a refund within three days from the receipt date.
  • A return processing fee of 10% will be charged.
  • Custom made items can not be returned.
  • The item must be in original condition and unused.
  • The money reimbursement is applied only to the sale price (shipping and other asssociated costs are not refunded).
  • The buyer will pay the shipping costs towards the return item.
  • Please contact us before returning the item.
  • If we make a mistake (having sent a wrong item, damaged item), we will pay the shipping costs and send you a replacement item free of charge

Custom Dutes and Taxes

Orders outside the U.S. may be a subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Taxes"). The recipient of an international shipment may be a subject of such import taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be taken by the recipient, and we have no control over these charges and can not predict how much they may be. Customs regulations vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the procedures of customs clearance are required, it may create delays beyond our defined delivery terms.
